The German Lutheran Church believed they did not have to follow these rules, existing more to their material advantage outside the constitution, and were therefore not even willing to observe their own few 10 commandments.
Subsequently, the President of the German Cultural Foundation left the German Lutheran Church, and many, when they found out about the facts, followed his example.
ince then, the German Lutheran Church thinks it has to persecute the composer, by denigrating him through various Church organisations and/or camouflage organisations, but also through their left-wing Lutheran politicians and their media concern Bertelsmann, in order to prevent his work (Saxony-Anhalt, Hessian Radio and Television, South West Radio and Tele-vision, SPIEGEL ).
The President of the German Music Council was apparently heaved into the supposed political power of the German music heaven through crooked political channels by the German Lutheran Church and their political parties SPD and Green Party, as well as their media concern Bertelsmann with their flagships Stern and SPIEGEL, where, of course, he now had to serve his “masters”. And the official denigration of the successful classical composer and musicologist Peter Huebner is one of these services.
With this disreputable and above all defamatory co-operation with the left-wing press, the president of the German Music Council has however quite obviously put himself out on a limb and has failed.
The public denigration of the classical composer and musicologist Peter Huebner by the president of the German Music Council carries special weight during a time when this quite obviously most successful contemporary classical composer goes and publicly suggests that the subject composition should be abolished and the state colleges of music privatised or closed (scaffolding scene of the German music scene).
Thus, the president of the German Music Council had to achieve two things at the same time for his Lutheran masters with the help of their left-wing media:
- he had to publicly make the successful German classical composer and musicologist Peter Huebner look like a swindler and sully his name (the classical SPIEGEL affair)
- he had to prevent that this composer’s critical question, made in public, as to the value of education at state colleges for music was publicly discussed.
This was obviously the strategy employed by the President of the German Music Council and the people giving these instructions.
However, the music publishers Aar Edition had succeeded in finding those documents which could prove that the president of the German Music council and/or principal of the university for music in Cologne was lying, and was therefore deceiving the public concerning the career of the classical composer and musicologist Peter Huebner thus quite obviously abusing his office as president of the German Music Council and principal of the university for music in Cologne.
